FAQ

Open Car Shipping - Door to Door Your vehicle is transported on an open car carrier much like the ones used to deliver new cars from the manufacturer to the dealers. Your vehicle will be picked up at your door (or as close as possible) and will be delivered to the door (or as close as possible) at your specified destination. On average, Open Transport costs less than Enclosed.

Enclosed Auto Shipping - Door to Door Your vehicle will be transported on a completely enclosed trailer designed to transport classic automobiles, prototypes or vehicles that cannot be exposed to inclement weather. Your vehicle will be picked up at your door (or as close as possible) and will be delivered to the door (or as close as possible) at your specified destination.

No; it is not recommended that you pay a company just to book your transportation. We are often requested to help a customer ship their vehicle after being "taken" by a transportation company.

We do require payment before the vehicle is delivered to the destination. In some cases, we will attempt to reduce the amount we charge to help offset the money loss.

Yes, however we weren't always. We started out as a small transport company and over the last 20 plus years have grown into a trusted broker for logistics and transportation.

We have a Nationwide Network of carriers at our disposal who operate across the country and locally. All of our carriers undergo an extensive due diligence process to ensure the safety of your vehicle. It is our job to locate a truck that operates in your requested route and in the timeframe that works with your busy schedule.

We request that you schedule your move as soon as possible to insure that your car is moved within the time frame which best meets your schedule. However, if an immediate pickup is necessary, we will work with our carriers to arrange pickup as soon as possible.
We accept all major credit cards, money orders or cashier's checks. Other options can be discussed.

Some vehicles are much larger than traditional passenger vehicles. Most full size SUVs fit in to this category. Because of the extraordinary dimensions, these vehicles take up the amount of space normally used for two vehicles, thus resulting in the need for an "oversize" fee.

-Where will my vehicle be picked up and delivered? In almost all cases, our carriers will be able to load and unload at the locations you specify for pickup and delivery, such as your business/office, dealership, or even your driveway (or as close as possible).

-Do I have to be present for pickup and delivery? Yes, we request that you, or a designated person, be preset upon the pickup and delivery of your vehicle. An inspection will be preformed at both ends and a contract Bill of Lading must be signed.

Please see our Shipping Checklist page to properly prepare your vehicle for transport.
Yes and No. If you require a guaranteed time, be prepared to pay a premium just like you would to overnight a package. Some trucks could have 10 vehicles on their truck all going to different locations and 10 vehicles to pick up. It only takes 1 customer to change their entire schedule. For the most part we work in windows. We will usually tell you 7-10 days to transport your vehicle across the country. However, it may only take 4 days. Weather and equipment failures are also factors delaying your vehicles arrival.
We offer $50 off services for active duty personnel and veterans.
